I'm Blake!
My calling as a professional third wheel found me young.
My best friend in high school had a boyfriend.
I’m sure you’re picturing the
16-year-old version of myself left in the dust, but
the opposite couldn’t have been more true.
Third wheeling quickly became my favorite activity.
The only issue was that
his name was ALSO Blake,
and obviously,
There can only be one.
Initially, I was inclined to mark my territory.
After all, my siblings’ names are Jake and Drake
(it’s kind of a whole thing),
but then,
BK was born.
No, I’m not talking about Burger King-
just me, Blake Kellogg, BK,
Your favorite third wheel.
I don’t know how it started or why it stuck, but
I do know that BK feels like home to me.
After some time spent away,
in more ways than one,
I couldn’t be more excited to announce that
BK is back, baby!
Let me be your third wheel; we’ll have a hoot!
